Registered Nurses Client Cost: $2,500.00
Registered Nurse (RN) is a credentialed nurse who has graduated from an approved and accredited nursing program and successfully cleared the National Council Licensure Examination. RNs hold active practice licenses issued by individual states. These skilled medical professionals hold a 4-year nursing degree, deliver healthcare services under a physician's guidance, and possess the qualifications to manage all levels of nursing care, including medication administration.

Licensed Vocational Nurses Client Cost: $1,500.00
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program whose credentials have been verified by a state board of nursing. They are legally permitted to practice as a licensed practical or vocational nurse (L.P.N. or L.V.N.) under the direct supervision of either a registered nurse or a physician.

Speech Therapist (ST) is a clinical professional trained to diagnose, evaluate, and treat voice, speech, language, and swallowing disorders, as well as hearing impairments that impact effective communication.

Licensed Medical Social Workers Client Cost: $1,500.00
Medical Social Workers (MSW) hold a graduate degree in social work and partner with patients and families navigating psychosocial challenges. Medical social workers evaluate the psychological and social functioning of patients and families to deliver necessary interventions. These interventions often include connecting families with vital community resources and support systems, offering psychotherapy, supportive counseling, or grief therapy, and helping patients expand their personal social support networks. Medical social workers traditionally operate within an interdisciplinary team alongside specialists from other fields (including medicine, nursing, physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapy).

Home Health Aides Client Cost: $1,500.00
Home Health Aide (HHA) is a trained, certified care professional who assists patients in their residence with personal care needs (such as hygiene routines and physical exercises) and light housekeeping duties (such as meal preparation) while continuously monitoring the patient's overall condition.

Referred Patients Assign to Client Cost: $850.00
Our agency will deliver the patient's complete intake questionnaire directly to our clients. It is then the client’s responsibility to organize and schedule a meeting with our home healthcare patients. For all clients holding an annual membership, your first referred patient is included in the cost of your membership, meaning your very first patient referral will be provided at no additional charge.

Client's Annual Membership Fee Cost: $500.00
Our annual membership clients enjoy a twenty-five percent (25%) discount off the purchase price of all company professional employment packages. Furthermore, on a client's first employment package purchase, the annual membership cost will be fully deducted from the final package price. All subsequent employment packages will receive the standard twenty-five percent (25%) discount. All clients maintain the right to cancel their annual membership with our firm at any time. The company’s employment package pricing is subject to modification with a thirty (30) day written notice delivered to active annual membership clients. All annual memberships automatically renew on the first (1st) day of each calendar year.

Non-Member Clients:
The HomeCare Providers Group charges non-member clients—such as self-pay patients, family members, friends, and independent healthcare professionals—the full purchase price for employment packages. The non-member client assumes all responsibility for employee salaries and benefits.

Payments can be processed via major credit cards or Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) at the top of the company website's homepage.
